- Limited access: We do not routinely open or manually review uploaded files. Access may occur only where reasonably necessary for security, troubleshooting, legal compliance, or operation of the Service.
4. File and Data Retention
- Temporary files - Temporary uploads, previews, and intermediate processing files are automatically scheduled for deletion within 1 hour.
- Saved account files - Files that you choose to save to your account may remain available until you delete them.
- Converted output files - Output files that are not saved to your account are deleted according to our temporary-file cleanup process. Files explicitly saved to your account remain until you delete them.
- Account information - Account information is retained while your account remains active. When an account deletion request is completed, we delete or anonymize applicable personal information within a reasonable period, subject to legal or security retention requirements.
- Usage and security logs - Certain technical and security logs may be retained for up to 90 days where needed for security, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, or legal purposes.
